First aired Tuesday 25th October 2011 on The Arts Show at RaW1251AM
www.radio.warwick.ac.uk
This week we take a look at the vast array of ways in which Applied drama is being used to teach people of all ages with a more hands-on approach to education. To begin, Stephanie Taylor talks to Fiona Ingram at the RSC about the activities that took place on their newly launched project, Young Person's Shakespeare Week, whilst Isobel Rogers finds out more from Sarah Wills about Threshold Drama, London's Youth-Led Social inclusion Theatre Company, and to round off we learn more from Jonathan Heron, IATL Teaching Fellow at Warwick University, about the rapidly growing concept of Open Space Learning.
